We stayed the weekend of Jan 27-29th in the Governor's suite. This was the 1st time in this room. The time that weekend was magical. We had no kids with us. we love going and being at the Ashley inn. Its so romantic and the staff is wonderful and always polite and caring for whatever you need. Ashley and Katrin you did a great job coming up with this hotel and the rooms. We have been up several times and can not wait to come back. we love the fact that on every stay you let us take a bird home to remember the time we were there. We loved the bathtub, The whole experience was great. This was an Early 7th anniversary get away. Loved the whole room and the colors. The bed was so comfy as well! Thanks again! Hope to see you all again soon!

So we got to stay in the Governor's suite for the 1st time over Jan 27-29 2012. Like always this was a wonderful time. The room was beautiful and the bed was so comfy! We always love coming here for a relaxing time and to be together away from kids. almost 7 years married and we will definitively be back again soon. We had another great anniversary at the Ashley Inn. This was our 42 anniversary, and the 5th time we have celebrated it here. We love this place. Of all the times we have stayed here, we have enjoyed 4 different rooms. Love them all, and plan on coming back again and again!

We go snowmobiling a few times a year in McCall area but always stay at Ashley Inn in Cascade. Great spacious rooms, great breakfast, great employees.

We where married at the gadren Gazebo and had our reception in the Tamarack room on 8/5/11! The whole staff was so wonderful!! Joyce was so easy to work with!!! The food was so good an delious. The breakfasts were to die for!! Our reception food was great, too!! Thank you to the whole staff for making our day so special, you guys went above and beyond on everything. On our way from Moscow, Russia to Moscow, IDAHO! We stopped at this wonderful hotel. Really impressed with friendliness and courtesy of the staff. Please do not take your country and all it's freedom for granted. You can loose it to thugs and dictators, like it always happened throughout the human history for millemia. Keep in mind that rivers of blood were spilled in the name of "CHANGE and "HOPE" in my poor country, the Soviet Union. Remember that road to Hell is always paved with genuinely good intentions. We linked from RV park (where family was staying) to Ashley Inn.com. We did look @ google where 22 out of 22 reviews were 5 star. If you are looking for a way to delight the senses, rejuvanat the soul and captivate romance the Ashley Inn is your solution. This is our fourth visit to the Ashley Inn. We've stayed here for anniversaries and just for the fun of a really great get away. As usual, our room was amazing! It was tastefully decorated and immaculately clean. The room smelled fresh and clean (no chemical cleaner smells) and we were instantly transported to another place and time when we walked through the door. We had finished a 9 day backpack trip through the Sawtooth Wilderness and the Ashley Inn was ther perfect place to spoil ourselves. The cozy beautifully decorated lobby and friendly staff made a great first impression. Our lovely large room had so many special touches including a huge jacuzzi tub. The buffet breakfast was great with so many delicious selections served in a sapcious dining room. We would recommend the Ashley Inn for anyone travelling in the area for luxurious accommodations at extremely reasonable rates.

We love the Ashley Inn! The people are incredible, and the rooms are immaculate and beautifully decorated. We love the extra touches and appreciate the music and cookies fresh from the oven with cold milk. We especially love being there in the winter with the beautiful snow and incredible holiday decorations and smells!

One of my favorite places! The Ashley Inn is a beautiful hotel - the quality you would not expect to find in a small mountain community. We have stayed here on numerous occasions, always a great experience. There are many seasonal activities available nearby - boating, fishing, hiking, whitewater rafting , leisurely canoeing, cross-country /alpine skiing, snowshoeing, and snowmobiling. Most of all, the Ashley Inn has a relaxing and enjoyable atmosphere with a 24-hour swimming pool and hot tub, exceptional continental breakfast, and evening treat of warm cookies and milk. We also enjoyed one of their occasional buffet evening dinners, which was totally delicious! Our most recent stay happened to be on the weekend when a craft show was being held at the hotel, which was fun to attend. The Ashley Inn would be a great location for a family reunion or other special get together. The staff and owners are very friendly and helpful.

We just got home from our first stay at Ashley Inn. What an elegant,comfortable Inn, with a wonderful backdrop of the mountains and the area lakes close by. We needed this wonderful time together to sleep in and enjoy one another. The staff was professional,helpful and fun. The warm cookies at 8pm were delicious. This was a wonderful place. The hotel was beautiful, just like it shows in the pictures. In one day we had a great breakfast at the hotel, went swimming in the indoor pool and jacuzzi, walked and shopped, kayaked in the river and that night we went and saw Transformers at the Roxy. GOING HERE FOR OUR ANNIVERSARY!

We stayed for New Years Eve and attended the party the Inn hosted. What a great time! Food excellent,staff more than helpful and friendly. The Inn feels more like a large bed and breakfast than a hotel. It is beautifully decorated ,restful and cozy. To be here at the Holiday season was breath takingly beautiful. Hope to come again next year.

From the friendly staff who greet you at the door and take care of your every need to the fresh from the oven cookies at 8PM, the entire experience at the Ashley Inn is worth the trip. We love that there is the train stop behind the hotel, canoes and kayaks at the Waters Edge and a full breakfast every day. We stay at the Inn every chance we get and made it a "must stay" place this summer when the grandchildren came for a visit. The gift shop has unique items as well and I always leave with something from there.

We were able to stay in the Governor's Suite. This room was the most wonderful beautiful room I have ever stayed in. My husband loved that it was more masculine, yet I loved it too because it still had some femininity to it. We loved the tub and the rain shower. Truly the most romantic setting. Thank you. I only wish we had been able to enjoy the room longer.

The Ashley Inn is an inn that fits in with the best of the grand old victorian style inns. Here in Michigan we have such a place on Mackinaw Island called the Grand Hotel. To be in company with the Grand Hotel is something to be very proud of. Our stay was excellent and the staff treated us like family. Thank you for a truely memorable time and I promise we will be back.

The Ashley Inn has been responsible for creating our family's best memories. It is unthinkable to consider Christmas elsewhere. We love to go there spring, summer, and fall for our get-a-ways. Year round, no experience could be better than what we have found at the Inn. We are made to feel like royalty...staff and accomodations are that excellent. We call the Inn our "home away from home"...except this one's a palace!

We have been staying at The Ashley Inn since it opened. We love the family atmosphere, the great breakfast, the huge deck, lovely landscaping, unique rooms, and great service. We've also attended a wedding at the Inn, which we will never forget.

The Ashley Inn remains to be my favorite vacation place. My husband and I try to make it there as often as possible, with and without the kids. The kids love the pool, lake, canoeing, hiking and train, while my husband and I love the pure luxury of it all.

We LOVE staying at the Ashley Inn. We celebrated our 1st Wedding Anniversary at the Inn and took the Thunder Mountain Rail trip through the beautiful mountains and have stayed many times since. I didn't want to leave! We stayed in one of the Ashley suites. It was a great escape. We loved the dual therapy tub, the raintree shower, the spacious room and the fireplace. We experienced the best New Years celebration at The Ashley Inn this year! Dinner was phenomenal, "death by chocolate" at eleven was outstanding, and the fireworks at midnight were the best I've seen in years. Other than eating, we spent the evening dancing to the live band and enjoying conversation with the other guests. This was a getaway we will never forget. In fact we will be there every year from now on! Other times we've come with the kids. It's one of their favorite places.
