2013: 4th of July in Cascade...

Where else would you even want to be?

It's an old fashioned 4th of July when you come to Cascade.  Kids are in the parade, throwing candy and waving, riding the bikes that they decorated themselves.  We build a float with Water's Edge Rv Park.  There's the Lion's Club BBQ where the roasts have been slowly cooking for hours...and then there's the FIREWORKS

Fireworks At Dusk...which means 10:30 pm!

The Fireworks are shot right over Lake Cascade.  To see their reflection in the water is memorial.  About 200 boats with their lights twinkling out in the water just adds to the atmosphere.  It's fun to hear them honking while waiting for it to get dark enough to start.
