- IF you made your original reservation by calling directly to the Ashley Inn, emailed or reserved using our website's system, you may call us directly to cancel that reservation.
- Cancellations are to be made 48 hrs in advance of your check-in time of 3 pm.

- IF you made your reservation through the internet's 3rd party Travel reservation systems, you will need to contact them directly for your cancellation. That is the only way that you won't be charged for the cancellation. Whatever Travel site booked it must be the one to cancel the reservation.
- Ashley Inn cannot cancel any "travel agents type. com" type of reservation. You would still be charged a "No Show" fee of one night's stay if you haven't cancelled through the one you originally booked.
- 48 hour or more, advance cancellations required.
- These agencies include, but are not limited to InIdaho.com, Booking.com, Expedia.com, Orbitz.com, TravelNow, Travelocity, Trip Advisor & Kayak and more.
